Buffalo Cauliflower Bites

If you're addicted to savory like me, but want something more on the healthy side, look no further...THIS IS IT!! I'm soo excited about these! They are out of this world good and definitely healthyish! These make for the perfect game day snack or party appetizer!

This recipe is so quick and easy! You'll absolutely love it!

First, preheat your oven to 450F.

Next, you will need to wash and cut 1 head of cauliflower into bite-sized pieces.

In a large bowl whisk together 1/2 cup of flour, 1/2 cup of water, 1 tsp of garlic powder, 1/2 tsp of salt, and 1/4 tsp of freshly ground black pepper. Add in the cauliflower bites and toss until they are fully coated with the batter. Spread the bites out evenly onto a large greased baking sheet, then bake for 15 minutes, flipping halfway.

Meanwhile, in a separate large bowl whisk together the buffalo hot sauce and melted butter. I've tried so many different buffalo sauces and Wing Time is BY FAR the best out there! I'm sure you can find it anywhere, but I found it at Whole Foods.

Once the 15 minutes are up, take the baked cauliflower out of the oven and add the baked bites to the bowl with the buffalo sauce mixture. Toss until fully coated. Spread evenly back on the baking sheet and bake for another 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway.

Enjoy with some celery and carrots sticks and some ranch or blue cheese dressing!

Let me know if you have any questions! XO
